Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Paypal, Check or Money Order (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear).

Shipping Time. The time needed to ship solar lights will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time?

Shipping Methods. Solar lights and water pumps will be shipped using UPS from the City of Industry, California. Additional shipping charges may apply if another method of delivery is requested.

Returns. Returns accepted only with authorization within 10 days of receipt of goods. If a solar light appears to have a manufacture’s defect, call or email our Customer Service department explaining the reason for the return. A restocking charge of 25% will apply if returned without authorization.

Claims. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. No exceptions! Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Cancellations. Orders must be cancelled before the item has been shipped. Cancellations must be made 14 days from the order date. Cancellations must be in writing.
